Music as blissful and overwhelming

Lately, I had a conversation with my friend about musical careers. We spoke about them being the key to joy and at the same time painting an overwhelming picture.

We imagined how dreadful it is for the more renowned bands or artists to keep sane. It is possible for them to become just like a printer: everything is identical, pleasure isn't detectable and it becomes a chore, not an activity to adore. Such people feel crushed under the force of influencing so many lives in a way that they discern that simply, they are a product to be sold and re-manufactured over and over again. It can also happen to the less-known musicians. This is because they feel that even though the audience might appear as not as broad, it is similarly overwhelming as quantity is not on the first place on the podium and at the same time, they might feel a stronger bond between such community.

Such artists might neglect music to some extent to care for their mental well-being. This is highly understandable as one influences another. Without a healthy mind set, activities as normal as leaving the house might seem like a mountain to climb. Many artists take breaks from music that might last 2 years, 3 years or even 6 years.

The above perspective is probably viewed by some as over-emphasis but music is a remarkably potent tool for many people and, as many people say, "it can save lives". Every single life on this planet and beyond is valid and to consider that this action is possible is an act of pure verity.

Some of the ways that they could influence people by is the lyrical content present in their music if there is any. Many musicians explore subjects from over-dosing drugs to personal struggles to political perspectives. The fact that they examine such topics and the way that they do it influences people and their life-ways. Another way that they could change the audience's lives is by the sonic aspect of their career. The emotions that they convey in every release and different approaches they choose can amaze, inspire and make the audience inspect how it is possible for them to create such reactions in the audience.

Clearly, music is life, love, hate, aggression, melancholy, pain, joy, fantasy, playfulness, anxiety, passion and likely, everyone experienced the above descriptors while listening to it. It has the potent ability to heal and wound.

Certain people can be found in a sensitive state of loathing where music is one of the main sources of it. In the beginning of this post, I have mentioned one way that loathing can appear in. People in this state should be respected by the audience. You can't do a lot about it as you don't know the artist personally but you can try to support him as usual - by listening and buying their music, going to their concerts - but also you shouldn't pressurize or disturb them in any way if you have ever done that as this only produces defective results. An example of such behavior might be messages like "where's the album", "we waited too long", "stop being lazy". This demotivates the recipient as they feel like everything they do is improper and this is completely incorrect. They try their best to provide quality but also not to lose themselves to make the audience as satisfied as they possibly can.

Summarizing, music can be portrayed as blissful (due to various emotions, life-saving potency and a wide array of emotions) and overwhelming (due to specific audience, processes, state of mind it sometimes leads to) and this is at times inevitable.
